Arlington may only be 26 square miles, but more and more people are realizing that it's a great place to live.

The Arlington population continues to grow each year. The strong quality of life, our widely acclaimed public schools and thriving job market attracts new residents every month.

To complement city life, Arlington offers abundant outdoor recreation, with an extensive network of parks and trails blanketing the city. Not to mention, we're just a stone's throw away from the nation's capital.

Arlington has the nation’s most educated workforce. About 75% of Arlington's population have a four-year degree and over 40% have an advanced degree. This is a larger percentage than any other county in the nation. 

Arlington’s neighbors are also among the most educated in the country. Alexandria, Washington, D.C., Fairfax County and Montgomery County, MD also rank among the top ten most educated counties in the nation.
