ReLocate is Arlington’s newest program designed to assist small businesses that want or need to move to a new location. Through ReLocate, small businesses can access a wide range of resources that include consultations and connections to help navigate the best solutions.

By leveraging current BizLaunch Small Business Support Services, Arlington will utilize existing resources, established relationships in the community and propose solutions to this forward thinking approach to business relocation. Meet with one of our team members and find out how we can help.

Whether your lease is expiring, you need to expand your footprint or redevelopment is impacting your current location, small businesses can get relocation assistance through BizLaunch.

Where do I start?

Where to Start

Step 1. Take Stock

Begin by documenting the circumstances driving your need to relocate.
Identify your goals. Do you wish to stay in your current location? Would relocating benefit you? Is it time to scale up or scale back?
Check the terms of your current lease and outline your relocation requirements.

Step 2. Meet with a BizLaunch Counselor

Schedule a meeting with BizLaunch to review your assessment and discuss your options.
Work with your advisor to develop a plan.

Step 3. Implement Your Plan and Make Your Move

Meet with your advisor regularly while you implement the plan and they assist you through the process.

Who is eligible?

Eligibility Requirements

Located in Arlington
Have fewer than 50 employees at the Arlington location
Have a current Arlington Business License
Operate as a business within the last month
