On April 10, 2025, the Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport, in partnership with Arlington Economic Development’s BizLaunch, will host the Minority Vendor Showcase — an unparalleled opportunity for minority-owned businesses to connect with influential leaders in the hospitality and business industries. 

With the theme Food, Fuel, Fitness, and Fun, this showcase highlights the diversity and innovation within the Black, Hispanic, Asian, LGBTQIA+, women-owned and other minority-owned business communities.

This exclusive event offers direct access to decision-makers from Hyatt Hotels, top regional hospitality leaders, local hotel partners, business executives, and community influencers seeking to connect with diverse suppliers. 

More than just a showcase, this event is powered by BizLaunch, Arlington’s premier small business assistance network. Through BizLaunch, participants will gain access to expert-led business training sessions, including financial health strategies, social media marketing and scaling for success — resources designed to help businesses grow beyond the event.

Who Should Apply? 

We are looking for 80 minority-owned businesses ready to supply products to a thriving hospitality and business ecosystem. Ideal participants: 

  • Are LGBTQIA+ and/or minority-owned businesses
  • Have scalable products or services suited for large business partnerships
  • Can provide sampling, displays and marketing collateral
  • Are eager to connect with hospitality and business leaders
  • Have a valid business license and website
  • Can distribute locally or nationally

  • Event Date: Thursday, April 10, 2025 

A selection committee will review all applications, and accepted businesses will be notified prior to the event.
