Ballston Made in Arlington Pop-Up Market – Vendor Application

This new Made in Arlington weekday lunch pop-up brings together local makers and artisans in a high-traffic, high-visibility location to connect with Ballston residents, workers, and visitors. Submit your application by Sept. 23, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.

Who Should Apply

We’re seeking vendors offering handmade or independently designed products, including:

  • Jewelry
  • Art, prints, or illustration
  • Apparel or accessories
  • Home décor
  • Bath or beauty products
  • Candles or fragrances
  • Pet products
  • Specialty packaged foods

If your product category isn’t listed but aligns with our focus on local, handmade, or independently designed goods, we still encourage you to apply!

Key Details

Fees:
There is no vendor fee to participate.

Donation Requirement:
All vendors are asked to donate one product or item valued at $25 or more to be used in promotional giveaways or raffles during the event.

Parking:
Vendors are responsible for their own parking. Paid parking is available in the Ballston Quarter garage (entrance on N. Randolph Street).

Load-In/Out:
Load-in begins at 10:30 a.m., and load-out must be completed by 3:30 p.m. Specific instructions and drop-off locations will be provided upon confirmation.

What to Bring:

  • Your own table(s), linens, display and marketing materials
  • Weights (if using a canopy)
  • Power is not guaranteed and must be requested in advance

Permits and Insurance:

  • General liability insurance with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Ballston BID and Ballston Quarter as additional insureds
  • Valid business license
  • Food vendors must provide appropriate health permits and facility documentation
