Virginia Named #2 in Best States for Business

Virginia rose in the rankings in 2023 to take the #2 spot in CNBC's annual Best States for Business. The full report says that Virginia's business friendliness, access to capital and robust education system all helped the Commonwealth take the #2 spot.
