It's been an exciting last few weeks for Arlington's business community, as several companies have announced new office locations or relocations to Arlington County.

Nonprofit research foundation ANSER announced it is moving its headquarters from Bailey’s Crossroads to a 40K SF space in Arlington’s first vertically stacked mixed-use building at 4040 Wilson Blvd.  Arlington’s urban environment and building amenities were a big selling point for the company.

Three new companies have announced they will be locating in Ballston’s Ballston Exchange building. Global nonprofit advisory organization Management Sciences for Health (MSH), professional management/technical services company Epigen, and COMTO, a leading national advocate for employment diversity, inclusion and contracting opportunities in the transportation industry, have all chosen Ballston as their new locations. The deals total approximately 30,000 SF of leased office space.

Additionally, Federal Compass, which provides a complete market intelligence solution for government contractors, announced it has opened a new headquarters location in Arlington's Rosslyn neighborhood.
