Businesses to be Honored as Champions

Tomorrow, January 31, more than 240 Arlington businesses will be honored by Arlington Transportation Partners (ATP) as 2018 Champions, as part of ATP's sustainable transportation recognition program.

This will be the fifth year for the honors, which has grown from 31 participating companies in the pilot year to 243 businesses, hotels, residential communities and commercial properties today. The program helps businesses and properties implement more meaningful and impactful transportation programs to contribute to transportation demand management success in Arlington.

In 2016, the Association for Commuter Transportation recognized Arlington for its efforts in a large region for congestion mitigation and commuter solutions, pinpointing ATP and Arlington County Commuter Services as a leader in the nation.

ATP gives special honors to 34 Platinum and Gold Level businesses and properties who have chosen to participate in Champions the last five years. See the full list of Champions winners.
