The Air & Space Forces Association (AFA) announces plans to relocate within Arlington. The nonprofit's new HQ will be located at Westpost at National Landing, formerly Pentagon Row. After selling its building near Arlington's Rosslyn neighborhood, the AFA cited the desire to locate closer to the Pentagon and its staff as a key decision maker for the move. AFA has plans to move into their new space by the end of 2024 and remain there into 2040.

The new office space at 1201 S. Joyce St. will be approximately 2,500 SF larger than their long-held Rosslyn office, taking up 31,200 SF. The building offers exceptional connectivity with the Pentagon City Metro within walking distance and close proximity to I-395 and Reagan National Airport. Additionally, the mixed-use retail surrounding the building and Amazon's newly opened HQ2 close by add vibrancy for employees and members. Beyond its location, the office space offers updated teleconferencing capabilities, which AFA saw as critical for conducting events and connecting with its chapter organizations in today's changing workplace.

The AFA has played a crucial role in support of the U.S. Air Force for more than 75 years—longer than the Air Force has existed as an independent military branch. Today, AFA supports both the U.S. Air and Space Forces and remains dedicated to its mission to Educate, Advocate, and Support both services and the Airmen, Guardians, and their families whose service helps support the defense and security of our nation.
