The applicant, 4600 Fairfax Partners LLC, proposes a site plan to rezone two (2) single family home parcels from “R-5” to “RA8-18,” and redevelop the entire site with two (2) multifamily residential buildings. The North Building is a seven (7) story multifamily building consisting of 477 units and 428,533 square feet of residential GFA. The South Building is a five (5) story “townhome-style” building consisting of 85,388 square feet of residential GFA and 29 units. Surface and structured parking would total 416 spaces, at 0.87 spaces per unit.
