The applicant proposes the demolition of two existing hotels for the construction of 37 townhouse-style units and a new 9-story multifamily residential building, consisting of 495 units, wrapped around an above-grade parking structure. The proposed density is approximately 96.4 dwelling units per acre (du/ac) with approximately 621,316 sf of residential gross floor area. A total of 545 parking spaces are included, 508 spaces in the multifamily building garage and 37 parking spaces in the townhouse-style unit garages.
