Wakefield Manor

The applicant, Fortis Companies, submitted a major site plan amendment and proposes the removal of a single-story structure, a significant tree identified in the Fort Myer Heights North Plan, and two surface parking areas for the development of a 12-story residential building located at the southeast corner of the site. The proposal consists of a new 166-unit building with approximately 142,182 square feet of new residential gross floor area (1.76 FAR).
