The applicant, Rosslyn Syndicate, LC (Dittmar), proposes new construction of a 732,600 SF building containing two towers of 26 and 38 stories. This building will consist of 375 hotel units, 37,417 SF of conference facilities, 502 residential units and 14,412 SF of retail space.
