1400 Key Redevelopment

Approvals were granted for a 513,004 SF office building and a 274-unit residential building with a grocery store on the ground floor. The buildings will stand 29 and 32 stories respectively, in the block bounded by Oak St. and Nash St. (to the north and south) and Key Blvd. and Wilson Blvd. (to the east and west). The project will have a LEED-Silver rating for the residential building and a LEED-Platinum rating for the office building.
