Existing site development includes three multifamily buildings with surface parking lots totaling 1,676 units and 2,200 SF of retail. The applicant proposes to keep the existing buildings, rezone the entire site to “RA6-15,” and construct infill development via a Phased Development Site Plan (PDSP). The proposal will add 1,515 new residential units and 26,530 SF of retail. The PDSP is broken into three (3) final site plans or land bays.
