Megan has a background in fundraising, research, and writing, with a commitment to supporting low-income entrepreneurs in the D.C. area. Her recent work as a non-profit fundraising consultant allowed her to assist organizations across the U.S. in developing successful grant programs. Megan holds a Ph.D. in Geography and Sustainable Development from the University of St Andrews and has an impressive academic background with degrees from Imperial College London, Harvard University, and the University of Virginia.
Geneva Greene, a doctoral student at Howard University, combines her passion for entrepreneurship and community development with research aimed at promoting equitable policies. With over a decade of experience in Corporate Communications and Human Resources as a DEI consultant, Geneva also taught the first DEI in Communications course at Georgetown University. She holds degrees in sociology and public relations from the University of Georgia and an MBA with a focus on marketing and international business from Southern Methodist University.
