Statewide Virtual Hiring Event

With over 250,000 open jobs across Virginia, Virginia Works’ network of partners is committed to helping every Virginian navigate career transitions and helping employers find and hire talent. They’re hosting a statewide virtual job fair through a platform called Premier Virtual. This event will connect jobseekers with employers across industries and geographies. It’s flexible, focused and effective… like an in-person job fair that has been recreated online!

Is there a deadline to register?

What can I expect?

  • You’ll have the opportunity to staff a virtual “booth,” chat, and interview with job seekers via 1:1 video, provide webinar-style presentations on your organization, and follow-up with visitors directly to your Applicant Tracking System.

What do I need to do before the day of the event?

  • Create job postings for your booth (you can list up to 99 job postings).
  • Choose the categories you’d like your booth to represent in the lobby (i.e. region, industry/sector).
  • Review registered jobseeker attendees for the event.
  • Set your schedule, to allow jobseekers to book specific times to meet via video.
  • Add information about your organization in your booth.
