Reopening Arlington: HR Strategies Post-COVID-19

Arlington Economic Development continued its virtual series on preparing office tenants for their return to the workplace amidst COVID-19. Featuring a panel of Arlington-based companies and an independent HR consultant moderating the panel, attendees participated in an interesting conversation around HR strategies post-COVID-19.

Topics included hiring and onboarding employees, employee benefits in a post-COVID-19 environment and communications with employees on policies and procedures as your workforce prepares to return to the office.
