Overview

Significant opportunities exist in Latin America for U.S. ICT companies. This series will include information on upcoming projects and opportunities in the region and trade barriers and market access issues from on the ground experts.

Objectives

Learn about which governments in Latin America are modernizing their ICT infrastructure, creating digital agendas, or prioritizing their cybersecurity needs from U.S. commercial diplomats, local government officials, and private sector experts.

Event Information

  • Significant opportunities exist in Latin America for U.S. ICT companies. This webinar series will include information on upcoming projects and opportunities.
  • Colombia is modernizing its ICT sector and expanding access across the country. In Argentina, 70% of companies plan to invest in ICT over the next 4 years.
  • Panama aims to be the Digital Hub of the Americas and committed to the digital transformation of the public sector, e-Government, and access to public Wi-Fi.
  • Peru is focusing on digital security bolster both public and private sector demand. Chile promoted initiatives to strengthen the country digital footprint.
