Catalyst for Change: Innovating for Others, How Preston Pub Fed a Community

Serving customers takes on new meaning when called upon to help the community. Sometimes this help comes from unexpected places, such was the case when Preston Pub started delivering meals to school kids and the elderly who were suddenly cut-off at the start of the COVID-19 Pandemic. How does filling a community need serve the interests of a business? How does service innovation enable companies to thrive while also meeting a greater need? What drives some companies to help even when there is no benefit to them?
