THIS MONTH'S TOPIC: "How to deal with the uncertainty in the business world, and cope with worry and anxiety" presented by Dr. Jelena Kecmanovic, Ph.D. (“Dr K.”) is the founder and director of the Arlington/DC Behavior Therapy Institute (ABTI).

The novel coronavirus pandemic and the ensuing uncertainty can affect emotional wellbeing and psychological health in many ways.  Dr K. will discuss science-based, specific, and creative strategies for dealing with uncertainty, reducing worry, and coping with anxiety and other negative emotions.  This will also be an opportunity to practice the most effective stress-management methods, strengthen psychological resilience, and get answers to your own mental health dilemmas and questions.
