Known to locals as “Arlington’s Oldest and Newest Main Street,” Columbia Pike’s 3.5-mile commercial corridor is lined by charming residential areas that provide a reliable customer base. Known for its quirky charm and nostalgic vibe, as represented by local icon Arlington Cinema and Drafthouse, Columbia Pike offers unique submarkets along its length that cater to diverse consumers with everything from international markets to Irish pubs to fast-casual chains.
