Grant recipients are required to sign a Small Business Emergency GRANT Agreement that lays out all the terms and conditions to the GRANT funds. You should have received this document via Docusign.
Grant recipients must submit the W-9 and Arlington County supplier form via the link provided in your award notification email.

Grant funds must be used for employee salary and benefits and/or other business capital and operating expenses directly related to the immediate impacts of COVID-19 and for no other use.
The Grant may not be used for costs or expenses already covered by any grant, subsidized loan, insurance policies of any type of coverage, or any reimbursement or relief program related to or administered by the Small Business Administration (“SBA”) that business has or will receive.
Grant funds must be used by Dec. 31, 2020.
Grant recipients are required to complete and submit a final report by January 31, 2021. The final report form will be provided to each grant recipient by Arlington Economic Development.
Grant recipients are required to maintain accurate and complete records of how grant funds are used and must provide documentation of grant use as part of its final report to Arlington Economic Development.
